Request a case review

Tell us what is in dispute and what evidence is available. We will tell you what analysis is possible, who on the team fits, and what it would take.

What to send with a first enquiry

None of this is required, but every item you can include shortens the path to a useful answer. The conflict check has to happen before we can discuss the substance.

  1. 1 The loss date and location, and the case caption if one exists
  2. 2 The parties involved, so we can run a conflict check before anything else
  3. 3 What is actually in dispute — speed, visibility, causation, injury mechanism
  4. 4 What evidence still exists, and whether any of it is scheduled for release or repair
  5. 5 Any deadline for expert designation or disclosure

Evidence about to disappear

Event data is volatile, vehicles get repaired, and scenes get repaved. If any of that is imminent, call the emergency line rather than emailing, so we can advise on preserving the evidence before the analysis question is settled.
