Mr. Ngo is a licensed Professional Mechanical Engineer, ACTAR accredited accident reconstructionist, a Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) Certified Accident Reconstructionist and has been working in the Accident Reconstruction, Human Factors, Premise liability and vehicle testing fields since 2016. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) from California State University Northridge.
He has experience in accident reconstruction investigation involving heavy trucks and passenger vehicles. He is adept to human factors analysis as it pertains to accident reconstruction and premise liability. His work includes evaluation of human perception, attention, response and typical human behavior. He is qualified to perform heavy duty truck and passenger vehicle (CDR) event data recorder (“Black Box”) data imaging. Mr. Ngo has extensive experience with vehicle testing and instrumentation along with complex data analysis following this testing. He also has training and experience in the analysis of premise slip, trip and fall incidents, including evaluation of environmental conditions, object detection and typical human behavior.
